This policy keeps purchases and service work clear before money changes hands.

Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Because digital products, templates, prompts, recordings, workbooks, and downloadable resources can be accessed immediately, these purchases are generally final sale unless a specific offer page or checkout page says otherwise.

Services, Consulting, and Custom Work

Payments for consulting, process mapping, AI systems support, custom builds, strategy sessions, or implementation work reserve time and capacity. Refund availability depends on the terms shown at checkout, the service agreement, and how much work has already begun.

  • If Amanda has not started the work and no session has been used, a refund or credit may be considered on request.
  • If work has started, delivered time and completed work are generally not refundable.
  • For payment plans, remaining payments may still be due unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Missed Sessions and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be treated as used time unless Amanda agrees otherwise in writing.

Checkout and Payment Providers

Purchases may be processed through ThriveCart, Stripe, or another checkout provider. Refund timing, card reversals, fees, or failed payments may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.

When to Contact Amanda

If something is wrong with a purchase, a file does not arrive, a checkout issue occurs, or the delivered service does not match the offer description, please reach out through the contact page with your name, purchase email, order details, and a short explanation.

No Outcome-Based Refunds

Amanda aims to provide useful, practical support. Refunds are not offered because a client does not achieve a specific business, income, productivity, or technology outcome after using the material or service.

Chargebacks

Please contact Amanda first so the issue can be reviewed. Chargebacks may delay resolution and may limit access to future purchases, payment plans, or services.
